Procedure of Open a Wholly Foreign Investment Company in Guangzhou, China (2017)
Some people want to set up a WOFE to startup business in China.
Below are the steps need to finish:
Step1. Company Name checking and approval
Step2. Business address determination
Step3. Approval by Bureau of Foreign Trade to get the setting-up-permit
Step4. Approval by Industrial and Commercial Department to get Business License
Step5. Approval by Tax Department to get Tax Certificate
Step6. Open bank account
If your company involved in export or import goods, you need to finish Step7&8
Step7. Approval by Chinese Administration of Exchange Control
Step8.Get the import and export license from Customs
If your company involved in selling foods in China, you need to finish Step9
Step9. Get the Food distribution license from FDA(Food and Drug administration)
To set up company in Guangzhou, China, there are the Documents Needed from Investors:
Step1.
? Your favorite Chinese company names ( We can help to get a Chinese name as your will )
? Your Business scope (Tell us want you want to do by this company)
? The copy of Investor’s Passport and Visa or Business License which is attested by Chinese Embassy stating it is authentic
If there is only one investor for your company, we still need another passport as the supervisor as the law required.
