What is the minimum investment needed to put into the company if I startup business in China

When set up company or firms in China, many clients ask me: What is the minimum investment needed to put into the company?

Now, You can say any number above 1RMB, but the more the better. I think the investor should better make it between USD 10,000 and USD100,000
Per Chinese Company Law, the minimum investment is 1RMB.  But you’d better make the registered capital(or Number of investment as Equity)  larger, such as USD100,000.00
1) You don’t need to put the money into your company bank account immediately when set up.You can say the registered capital of your company is USD100,000.00 , and you will put the money into company account within 30 years or 50 years.
2)With larger registered capital, company  will be approved easier than small registered capital.
