Firstly of all ,Let us see what the relevant rule said: Foreign language teaching staff should, in principle, engage in mother language teaching work in their mother language, obtain a bachelor’s degree or above and have at least 2 years of language teaching experience. But the requirements for work experience may be exempted if they have obtained a bachelor’s degree or above in the major of education, language or teacher, or obtained a teacher’s qualification certificate or obtained the required international language teaching certificate.
