Ⅰ Foreigners who meet the current management requirements for foreigners working in China
Ⅱ Foreigners engaged in temporary, short-term (no more than 90 days) work in China
Ⅲ Foreigners under Quota Management, including foreign youth interns under intergovernmental agreements, foreign students, foreign college graduates, and foreigners working in ocean fishing or other special fields
