Can I work in China? What I need to do if I want to work in China?
For most of you , you need to meet the following terms :
1. At least a bachelor’s degree.
2. An employer in China who is willing to hire you, and signed the labor contract with you.
3. At least two-year experience similar with the work you will doing in China.
4. Can get a No criminal certificate from where you live.
5. Good health condition.
6. Passport with more than 1 year validity.
If you need to work in China, you need to (1)apply the work permit first, and then(2)get a resident permit within one month after entry into China.
(1) There are three kinds of work permit in China: A, B and C-Level.The upper terms is for B-Level work permit.
A-Level, few people can meet the requirements, and the work permit can be validity for five year at most.
B-Level, most expats worked in China get that kind. It’s 1??? year validity.
C-Level, if you don’t have a bachelor’s degree, you may be belongs to this level. It’s really hard to get it, and only 6 months validity. Many cities have restrictions for this kind of people. For example, In Guangzhou for one year,only about 150 people to get C-Level work permit , and can renew it at most one time!
