How can I get my degree notarized for China Z visa?

There are two ways for you to notarize your  bachelor  or master degree:

1\ Notarize your degree in the country where you get your degree: Usually the legalization procedure should be like this: 1) notarize the docs by a local law firm or notary where you get the degree ->2)get legalization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where you get the degree, and non-criminal certificate ->3)get legalization from the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country where you get the degree, and non-criminal certificate;

2\Notarize your degree in China( including Hongkong) from the embassy or consulate of the country where you your degree : You need to call the embassy or consulate if they provide this kind of service. If they can, you may need to make an appointment, and then take your degree, and passport here, let them chop a seal on your degree.
